Parkside runs a variety of services from its dedicated premises located by Aldershot Park and within Farnborough Library.
We organise and host a variety of programmed activities aimed at improving wellbeing and life skills for adults, young people and children with learning disabilities.
As well as group sessions, we also offer one-to-one support for adults and children to enable them to access a wide range of social, educational and recreational activities.
A series of Drop-In Sessions are also available for adults with learning disabilities to attend with their support worker/care.
Parkside Aldershot comprises a large main hall from which is runs most of its activities and a small garden. It is fully accessible with disabled toilets and wet room.
Within Aldershot Park, just to rear of the centre is Café in the Park open to the public; restricted opening hours.
Sensory Suite – Aldershot
The centre also boasts a newly refurbished Sensory Suite with a variety of equipment including:
- Illuminated Ball Pool
- Bubble and Hurricane Tubes
- Thermostatically controlled Water Bed
- Multi Sensory wall displays
- Colour Control equipment Fibre Optics
- Solar Projectors
- Sound system
- Therapy Chair
- Wall and surround padding

Farnborough Activity Base
Within Farnborough Library, Parkside has a dedicated activity room and runs the FAB Cafe, providing hot and cold beverages and snacks to customers of the Farnborough Library.
The centre is fully accessible with disabled toilets.
