Parkside runs a variety of services from its dedicated premises located by Aldershot Park and within Farnborough Library.
We organise and host a variety of programmed activities aimed at improving wellbeing and life skills for adults, young people and children with learning disabilities.

Re-open from our recent refurbishment project 6th December (please note we close for drop-ins 16th December -2nd January)
We offer 2 different sessions per week which are open to attendees who can be supported by a Parent or Carer throughout the whole session.
For the attendee to fully embrace the session we ask that the person supporting the attendee assist them in joining in and engaging with the activity.
The sessions are only available at the following times:
Wednesday – Music and Dance A chance to bang some instruments and have a dance!
Time:11.15am – 12.15pm
Cost: £4 per session
Friday – Zumba An opportunity to enjoy some fun and fitness!
Time: 2.00pm – 3.00pm

FOOTBALL – Every Wednesday the group meet for a kick around on either the 3g pitch opposite Parkside or on the field in the park by Parkside.
Time: 10.15am registration – 11.30am
Cost- £4 per session

Aldershot
Parkside Aldershot comprises a large main hall from which is runs most of its activities and a small garden. It is fully accessible with disabled toilets and wet room.
Sensory Suite – Aldershot
The centre boasts a beautifully equipped Sensory Suite with a variety of equipment including an illuminated ball pool, bubble and hurricane tubes, thermostatically-controlled water bed, multi-sensory equipment, and more.
Booking the Sensory Suite
The sensory suite is available to hire for children and adults with a disability. Training is required before the first visit.
Booking fee:
£10 per hour for the first attendee
£4 for each additional person up to a maximum of four attendees per visit.
