March 26th 2020
To all our Parkside friends and families we hope you are doing okay! I am going to be popping up random happy pictures in the coming weeks. Lets hope time flies by and the Government advice for looking after your health and well-being is useful:
To help yourself stay well while you’re at home:
•stay in touch with family and friends over the phone or on social media
•try to keep yourself busy – you could try activities like cooking, reading, online learning and watching films
•do light exercise at home, or outside once a day
Try and follow what you can…….
